Yes having a fake account is a crime and will lead you into trouble. As you are aware that your boyfriend has cheated on you, you should break ties with such a person and moved ahead for a better future. It is pointless to take revenge as you are a much matured person and if you believe in KARMA, every person who does wrong here on earth has to pay the price some day or the other. If you take action still your faults may erupt and put you in trouble, hence it is better to move out and live for a better future.
