Is the listing/login of a child in the entertainment industry below the age of 13/14 a cyber crime in any way ? OR Is it a crime of Child labor in any manner?
No, the same would not constitute a cyber crime unless the content is not obscene or exploitative in any manner.
Further, you must have the guardian of the minor sign a standard artist release form used in the entertainment industry. As far as labour laws are concerned, the consent of the guardian will need to be taken as a minor does not have the capacity to contract.
