One problem is facing by me in these days Tell me about this A fake consultant get 35000 from me for getting me a job but he is fraud Now money can not refunded Tell about this he is from
File a criminal complaint to police u/s 420 and if you have sufficient proofs from him then file a consumer complaint. Also you can send a legal notice to threaten him of the dire consequences if he fails to payback the money.
