Hateful Comments in Facebook, what to do?

15-Dec-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
A junior student form my University but from different campus whom I never met before commented something on facebook. And I sarcastically said him the word 'F word' first then he abused me again still I was go on with my sarcasm telling him to pay my canteen bills and made a fun, as there campus doesnt give any Inauguration since in main campus It is huge. In exchange of that he comment with a very long abusive comment and mentioning racial terms like the N word. And he kept going. But I turned off the notification now he filed a case against me in Supreme court as near by his home but I need to drag it to Madras High court as it my hometown and 20 years old with not that much money. So if its Supreme court it would be painful to me.

Nothing to worry. It is defamation kind case.
As you say, he also used abusive language there is a offence on both ends. As such, he cannot directly approach Supreme Court. He may be just threatening you.
As such what are the abusive words used by both of you.. ?
