Hate Posts on Facebook can I be held liable if FIR is filed

03-Aug-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
My question is regarding hate posts on Facebook. I joined as an Editor on a FB page which was primarily asking justice on persecution of d majority community. Since d original Admins of d page started posting religious hatred, I exited. Will I be held accountable in case some1 registers FIR against that page? Other Admins live abroad, won't my IP Address already tracked by FB and can I be in trouble for what the page posts?

You would be liable for inciting hatred and communal violence in the event of the FB page being investigated by the cyber police. However, you can yourself notify them of such a page and the admins of it so that you are not held liable. I would need to know the exact nature of posted content to give further accurate legal advice.
