Ex boyfriend threatening to post my pictures on social sites

Sir,my old boyfriend now blackmailing me and publish my photographs with him in Facebook and threatened me since 1 year.I broke my relationship with him before 2year when I knew her nature.he continuously post my past relationship photo on Facebook by creating fake id on my name and write many bad things about me to all my relatives,friends and associate and also giving many threatening statement to rape me in future and never let me to do marriage.can I file a Mann hani case against him?
You should contact the police where you are presently residing and show them any texts, emails or other electronic communications where this person has made the threats to you.

He is unable to digest that you broke up with him and therefore, he does not want you to move on, thats why he keeps reminding you of the relationship days. He has no respect for you and your personal life. Clearly he is invading your privacy by posting your pictures on Facebook. When he is writing bad things about you on his wall post as well as to your relatives, friends and associates and also going to the extent of threatening to rape you, then what are you waiting for? Go and file a "Mann hani" case against him. Lodge a Police Complaint and FIR and also contact Cyber Division of city police and book him under Sections 499 and 500 of IPC (Defamation) and Sections 66D (cheating by personation by using computer resource), 66E (punishment for violation of privacy), 67 (publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form) and 67A (publishing or transmitting obscene material containing sexually explicit act, etc. in electronic form). You can't just keep on tolerating him and dealing the situation with kid gloves. Use iron hands to take him to task.
