Defamatory statement on facebook what action can I take

Hi three colleagues had passed Facebook remarks against me. I had them removed but have taken a print screen. What legal action can i take against them thanks a lot.

You can send a legal notice to them seeking compensation, failing which you will file a complaint with the cyber crime cell and the police will undertake an inquiry and file chargesheet. The culprits can be sentenced upto 5yrs imprisonment and fine.
