Can someone file a defamation case on the basis of a google review?

Hi, I had bad experience with a company who offers company registrations and tax consulting. I had put my experience in Google review .Now he threatening that he will file a defamation case against me for the google review. I am just wondering if people who has power can threatening like this how we can put review.In his words "There are some serious defamatory false allegations with fraudulent intentions being posted by this person againat Xxxx We are going to take legal action against this guy u/s 499 of IPC on account of defamation and action under IT Act, 2000 for fraudulent and misleading contents on internet." I need assistance for the same.

Defamation as a criminal offence is defined under Section 499 and is punishable under Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code. The definition under Section 499 covers both ‘Libel’ (written defamation) and ‘Slander’ (spoken defamation), and is accompanied by ten exceptions.
It is not defamation to impute anything, which is true about any person, if it is for the public good that the imputation should be made published. Whether it is for people in general great is a question of fact.
