Can my family approach my ex-GF to quash cyber crime cases against me
16-Jun-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
I used to be madly in love with my ex-gf who promised to marry but betrayed me by keeping multiple relationships, took my money and married someone else(illiterate). I could not bear breaking of trust and took revenge by sending her nude pics, making calls to her husband's sister. I went into deep depression and did all this so that she stick to her husband and let her in-laws family know her true face.My ex-GF and her husband's family has filed 5 cases against me assuming this girl is innocent. Her husband's father has commissioner influence.Cases are IT act 66,67a, 345a,d,506. I was caught by police and I accepted my mistakes( though there were no evidences against me to prov).Later I got released on station bail only when I showed the evidences(my pics with her, msgs). The police guided me not repeat and informed me that I may require to appear in the magistrate court for summons against me only once. Can my family member or anyone approach my ex-GF or her in-laws to quash cases?
Sir, I need to see the FIR details along with IO reports for legal advice. However, to quash FIR you need to approach high court. The offences you are charged under IT act are non-bailable offences, if police have guanine electronic records saying
you misused social media, websites ... etc., via computer/mobile. Cyber police trying to frame charges against you as if all the wrong is with you. You need to approach cyber crime lawyer immediately to fight back this case.
