Can I lodge a defamation case against the complainer ?

one unknown person lodged a cyber crime case 500/506/66C against my father and after investigation police found that my ip is used but my father do not know computer i use my home computer police arrested my father but in charge sheet and after seize the computer police wrote that nothing in my computer related to cyber crime and the case was dismissed can i lodge a man hani against the complainer?
