Can husband file a complaint of behalf of wife in Cyber Crime

A person with facebook profile of Besra @@@@ has sent me five obscene messages.I am filing a police complaint.However I have the following questions: 1) Can my husband file a police complaint instead of me as I am expecting and cannot move much 2)As the accused is an ST person can he implicate me in a counter case under Atrocities Act.If yes,then how should I pre empt the possibility.
Your husband vcan but it will be better if you do the same because the person concerned is you and documents needs to signed by you at time of making complaint. There are many ways to get hold of the person and punish the criminal
