After registering on a metrimonial site all the accounts have been hacked how can I take aginst it
You should send a legal notice to the matrimonial website. You have not mentioned which accounts of yours have been hacked. Kindly specify the same so that I can advice you with respect to further legal action before the Adjudicating Officer, Information Technology Act.

By accounts do you mean your bank accounts also been compromised?
Certainly yes if you have availed there paid membership.
Register an FIR cyber cell or nearest police station.
They will conduct investigation based on ur report.
Do it as soon as possible. Make sure all material facts are been disclosed.

Please register a complaint with Cyber Cell as well as give in a Police Complaint. Also contact the local lawyer who can assist you with the further proceedings. Do take screen shots of all hacked web pages for the sake of generating evidence.
