Imported adult products from China detained by customs

Hi, I purchased an adult product recently online from China and it has been detained by the customs. Could you please let me know if there is any way I can get this product without breaking any laws. Thanks.
Generally when the goods are taken by the customs a detention report is always furnished to the person whose goods are being seized.
For recovery of goods we have to request formally to the adjudicating authorities of the airport for the release of goods.
