Will my husbands salary be credited to my account

IT IS A CASE OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WHICH IS CONTINUING FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS.AFTER SEPARATION AND BOTH THE PARTIES HAVE SIGNED WHAT AMOUNT ( PERCENTAGE ) FROM HIS SALARY WOULD BE CREDITED INTO MY ACCOUNT MONTHLY??? I AM A CHRISTIAN BY RELIGION. OVER ALL I AM A HUMAN BEING.
First please provide me what type of settlement you have made with between both the parties.is there any case pending in the court.and how can somebody salary can be credited into some one else account.only the husband can transfer the amount.
