Will absconded accused get more severe punishment

Please info me How convince executed if accused (A1) absconding Will argument done and punishment given without A1 and only one accused in that case Is it true some cases dismissed if accused not caught more than 7-8yrs. Will absconded accused will be considered criminal or get more several punishment? Can court give nbm with intimate for regular attendance (accused)
in such case the court convicted the accused and if accused is absconding the court issues nbw against absconding accused the case will b considered as lpc n the warrant will b pending n when the accused is found the punishment will b imposed

usually if non bailable warrant is issued pending case it can be recalled on specific conditions under section 70 (2) of the crpc and not severe punishment is prescribed for absconding the criminal trial.
