No it will not effect but u must obtain the certified copy of the case. When the college authority has withdrawn the case it is advantage on your part. U must be asked at the time of application if any case is pending or etc . Then if selected at the time of police verification, the certified copy of the judgement will help you.
N.B. Certified copy can be obtained from the concerned court again and again.

Yes it may but it can be taken into note upon you being asked questions why were you being falsely implicated and then case withdrawn.

as per your details given , since you have not been convicted in the instant case you should not face any problem . However it is wise to keep a certified copy of the order incase the concerned authority wants to verify the same .

If the case against you was withdrawn then that will not affect your upcoming job/jobs may be it's government or private. If the judgment copy was lost then please lodge a general diary at your concerned police station and file a requisition before the appropriate court to get the duplicate copy of judgment.
Thank you.

If you are acquitted, nothing can harm you in future. If the copy of judgement has lost, you can obtain duplicate copies/ certified copies of Judgement, which you will have to apply before appropriate authority/concerned authority.
