Wife took money from me and never returned how to file a case of fraud

Criminal case has been filed by my wife fraud case.she took 3 lakhs from me in2014 and after that she rejected.I don't why she does this.I married her in 2000 and from 2002 she lived sperated.She waisting my time and always do 420.please help me

Hello, do you have any promissory note or any other bank transaction? Paid by cash, cheque or any other transaction? On that basis you can file a case, that she borrowed money from you and not returned yet. This is the case cheating only.
