The issue can be solved amicably between you and your wife. Invite you father & Mother in Law (Your wife's parents) to stay at your home first. Let her spend some time with their father and mother. At the same time discuss the issue of your wife if you invite your father and mother at home. Mostly issues are settled by developing the understanding with the wife.

First of all you inform to her parents,relatives and friends about her suicide attempt,the suicide threat and your murder threat.You also inform in writting to your area police station about her suicide attempt and her threat so in future you can't be held for her act,You can meet your parents and they can also visit to your house,If she resist you can file divorce case against her in the family court
