Wife threatening to file false dowry case on me and my family.

how can i safe me and my parents.till now no fir has done so if my parent disown me legally then they will be safe or not. Please suggest.
Disowning by parents does not give any guarrantee of immunity. U can collect audio, video and any other evidence which can prove that your wife want to indulge you in false case.

If your parents live separatelyfrom you people they will safe .if your parents disown you will get other adwantage .but if you think your wife is going for FIR .then first you should give application to SP about your false fabricated case .then institute the case for divorce in the court
