You can definitely reduce the maintenance as she is trying to misuse the law by pressuring you and your family. You can file a reply in her dv stating your case and also file another case against her..... For further assistance kindly contact on eight seven six seven seven two two five three four.

Dear client first try to find out her income proof. If she is able to maintain herself then no need to give her maintenance. Also show the court yr liabilities to reduce the maintenance amount. For any legal help call me

You can avoid mentenance totally also. For that you want to prove she left your home without any reason on the part of you. Also she admitted her income source, it also plus point for you. Again she has has taken permanenent alemony from her first husband which show her character hence there is large possibility to deny maintenance to her.

First of all keep in mind that you can not deny legal liability to maintain your wife. If she is working lady court will pass reasonable amount as maintenance. but for that purpose you have to give your say as good as possible in detail. So consult Adv for proper answer to your wife's 125 crpc case..
