Wife filed false case against me and my family, how to get bail

Wife lodged complaint against me and family that we beaten her and asked dowry. Matter is with police as of now. I have all evidences that it's she who made cruelty to me and not we. What shall we do. Shall we go for notice bail
If the wife has done all cruelty with you and family, the police does not know it. I will ask you to give a detailed statement to police and in the mean time you can seek anticipatory bail from court so that you have no apprehnsion of being arrested. And you can also file application to police for case registeration against your wife for offences committed by her.
