wife filed complaint u/s377 can i quash FIR based on Medical report

I muslim. my wife filed false 377 complaint and FIR was laudged. medical report clearly denies that. what can IO is supposesd to do , process further and time? can this FIR be quashed based on medical report? or IO can add further charges and submit chargesheet?

There is most probability that police will file chargesheet as such section under IPC is so,and hence you have to be very cautious about it ,your quashing might be rejected ,if there is no proper remedy taken,you have to meet with your fir and other documents u feel relevant to deal in best way ,hence you can approach our office .OFC : Adv pankaj Kumar
