Whether phone recordings are admissible in court

03-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
A woman accuses me of touching, kissing and grabbing her to her husband. However it does not have any evidence to prove it.I have an audio recording of her conversation with me seeking help to get divorce from her husband. Also she quoted as an example (prompt)that she could get divorce/leave her husbands house if she complains of me kissing/grabbing her -which did not happen.Unfortunately i was silent when she used those words as i was indulged in my office work( Attending emails). can the recording be used against her to prove my innocence?. can the husband file case 497-Adultery on me?. Please suggest.
