My brother A4 in one case.my brother friend (A1) kidnapped one minior girl and surender before court.total 4 accueds in case. A1.A2.A3.A4. police are booked case aginest A4. with out evidence (No witness) .A4 got a stay from high court in 2014.present A4 in saudi..A4 case separated.he is not attending court from starting to till now. NBW issued aginest A4.incese of A1.A2.A3. Case promise. A4 case remove or not
if NBW's have been issued against your brother then the case is still pending before the court. you can file a quashing petition against the FIR lodged against you before the Hon'ble High Court. you are not clear that what stay has been granted by the High COurt, accused needs to appear before the court and file cancellation of NBW
