Whether and how i can file a case u/s. 420 IPC against wife

I am living in Delhi and wife has filed false maintenance case in Chennai.I have gicen proof in seesion court.Judgement is awaited.I want to file a case of 420 cheating on my wife from Delhi.What are the options?
Hello, you can always file transfer petition before Supreme Court, also you can file S 420 according to your jurisdiction, but before giving any suggestions, I need to know the whole matter first.
