Whether amount paid at the time of applying bail recoverable

Respected Sir, My name is Mr.X from vijayawada. I was arrested by the police for beating some Mr.y on 07.05.2013 , u/s 325 r/w34 of ipc and was prosecuted by the court. In that prosecution It was held that due to lack of proper evidence with Mr.y I was not punished under the respective section under which the case was lodged with the Honorable court. But at the end of the case court impose a penalty of Rs.1000/- for me and said your found guilty u/s 323 r/w 34 of ipc. Now my question whether the AMOUNT PAID AT THE INITIAL STAGE OF CASE for bail can be recovered or not . If I can do so what procedure I need to follow for it.
