1. Can I get updates of the case which I filled against the attackers?.

Yes my first question to you is where did you file such cases in police station or in court, you can go to the respective police station and ask for the information or the FIR copy or if you go to the court you can obtain it in form of a certified copy.

2. And what will if I file a case on someone on whom already many cases are pending.

You can file a case against someone with the local police station or in the court within your jurisdiction.

3. And sir what steps shall I take when my against filed a false counter case on me and my family, by showing the injury which they got when we ate trying to defend ourselves,

You have to defend the case in the court where the same case is being heard.

1.Yes, you can get updates of the case which you have filed against your opposite party(attacker).
2. Yes, you can lodge or file case against some one to whom many cases havr already been filed or pending before any Court of its appropriate jurisdiction.
3. You can consult with an legal adviser to defend your case which was lodged against you and your family. He/she can help you in your case and/ or cases.

In my opinion lodging a case and counter case against each other will initiate settlement with each other.
Obviously, it will affect your future.
