Dear Sir,

You have a ground to be released from the prison for a short while. However, the release in such cases is based upon stringent terms and only for a short period. Further, it would also depend on various other factors such as the period spent in prison, your conduct with inmates and jail authorities, etc.

The parole application has to be filed with the jail authority with all the documents attached to the said application. it can be requested to provide you few days parole so that you can attend the marriage of your daughter.

First move application before supretendent of jail where you are imprisoned.then if rejected move to respective high Court of your state...,...

For getting a parole, you will have to file a writ petition before the High Court. Alongwith the writ petition you will have to annex the wedding card of your daughter and the letter from the venue saying that the marriage is due for the date fixed.

You can file for parole in the Supreme court itself by moving an interim application in the same appeal. On that application supreme court will hear the matter again and will grant an appropriate order. lower court will not entertain it as the appeal was dismissed by the supreme court.
