Where can a parole be filed

My client is serving life imprisonment u/s 302 ipc, can parole file before the same court where trail was concluded and if the same court will reject the application then file writ before the high court.
Parole bail filled in high courts on propar ground that's madical and close relatives deaths and other saficent ground than hearings in this court that allows in parole bail court will be demanding POLICE report relatives thana

It is advisable to file application for release at appellate stage, preferably for bail. Filing of parole is an administrative aspect and it is the jail authorities who can recommend the same. Generally the HC does not interfere with parole rejections.
