if accused is absconding,the judgment or arguments proceed or pending ? what time a case may disposed ,if the complainet also not attentding the cases?
Hi,
If an accused is absconding, then public prosecutor should ask the court to issue non bailable warrant against the accused and get the accused arrested, his bail(if he is already on bail) cancelled.
Complainant should attend court only when summons are received by him
