Dear Client,
As we don't have papers and records, it is not possible to provide you the solution in best possible way.
There are various queries which are needed to be answered such as What was the findings of the session court and what was the order? Is an appeal is filed in the court or there is a petition for quashing of a FIR in the High Court? Case as these cannot be discussed without proper records. You are advised to consult an advocate if you know any or can consult us if you want. So that a better solution can be provided to you.
Regards,
Tushar Bahadur,
(Advocate).

You will have to file a bail application in order to get the boy released from jail. As far as wrongful implication in the case is concerned, you will have to contest the case and present the actual evidence to prove that the boy was not involved.
