What to do on getting notice

There was a fight in my family for a property related issue after which 2 people were detained and then released on giving in writing that the debate was solved between them with mutual consent. Now a notice u/s 107/116 is received and the 2 people have been ask to present themselves to a concerned authority. What are the consequences and what preventive measures should be undertaken.

You should appear before concerned authorities as per notice and give them necessary details, answers as asked by them . if everything is now cordial you can state the same before them . Also it depends on what was issue or matter of fight was between 2 people.
