My car was theft.petition filed in nearby station.What to do if I find someone driving my car?can take the car back?inform local police?inform traffic inspector?or inform at police station where petition was given?
You should have informed the police there and then when you saw someone driving your stolen car. The police would have taken appropriate action against the person. If you still know who the person is then go to the police station where you had filed the complaint rest the police would do
