Dear Client,
You have not given the details about the incidence happened and facts on basis of which you wish to file the case.

If police say that you will have to get the cpurts order means that you will have to file private complaint before the court of law and get warrant issued against those accuseds.

You can contact our iffice for further details.

The procedure of filing an FIR is prescribed in Section 154 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. commission of a cognizable offence is given orally, the police must write it down. information or making a complaint to demand that the information recorded by the police is read over to you. It mean that the police has no power to prescribe this matter so that's why you should the given court order it is important. FIR given against people so you go on court you have this FIR is admissible. When this relevant matter. Thank you
