What is the shortest way of filing NC
08-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
since police on itself are not supposed to take action on non cognizable offences without permission from judicial Magistrate. please suggest fastest and efficient shortcut for complete filing and processing of NC
The police do take action on N.C. It may take some time but they have to take action . If the action is not taken within reasonable period then u r free to go before JMFC under section 156(3) of Cr PC. or u may write to Commissioner of Police to take action on ur N.C. Thanks and regards
