What is the punishment for gambling

I have case of prohibitin n gambling 2012. If I accept both the case then what is maximum penalty ? Imprisonment or fine ?

Under section 5 of Gujarat prevention of Gambling act 1887.
First time: imprisonment not less than two months and fine RS. 300.
Second time: imprisonment not less than four months and fine Rs. 300.
Third time: imprisonment not less than nine months and fine Rs. 300.
