But what for you want to file the case against your tanent ? What they have done, you cant just go and file criminal case against anybody without valid reason . So please state your case properly so that panel members can suggest properly

Sir you have not described the occurrence properly. Whether any criminal offence has been committed by the tenant, you can file an fir before the local police station. Whether It is violation of lease agreement for eviction than you can issue a legal notice through an advocate for eviction. Thereafter you can file a suit for eviction and recovery of rent in the civil court.
