What is the meaning of FIR closed as per high court
03-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Iam from Andhra Pradesh.A false case filled on 14.06.2015 and settled on the same day.chargesheet is filed.I got a copy of FIR through court.It is written on the starting page "FIR Closed as per High Court circular roc no.274/so/90 dt 09.07.1996" please let me know what is it..
that means that the case is closed prejudice so please go through the docket order or the reference orders passed by the high court in the representations made by anyone on behalf of you or to the pending cases list
