If a person is convicted by a magistrate for any offence the limitation to prefer an appeal against the order of conviction to the sessions court is 30 days as provided under Article 115(B2) of the limitation act 1963, the period of limitation shall be computated from the date of the sentence.

You have a file an appeal within 30 days from the date of judgement and if there is delay you can file a application for condonation of delay stating the reasons for delay caused mentioning the number of delays of delay.
