We will have to go through the act and the rules and see what is the procedure to be followed in such matters. After following due procedure an application can be drafted in detail for you to furnish your resignation.

Well you should write a resignation mail to your immediate Reporting office with CC to all the people to whom you can report as per terms of your employment contract and also mention that as per your employment contract you are willing to serve notice period required. then after you have served notice period you should again write a letter to all the persons as mentioned above and state that you have served the required notice period and are willing to give the handover and then ask for relieving letter . This is the minimum process you should follow for rest contact me.

The appointment letter contains all the clause for voluntary submitting resignation from job pl see that as notice for 15 days or 30 days advance is mandatory from either side if not followed then either party pay the penality
