Whether u r accused or complainant,
If u r complainant or aggrived
Person.
Then u need not worry because it is the state through Pp who will take care of your case.
Need not worry u need not appoint advocate for u in high Court.

Dear Client,
Is the Advocate appointed by you, defending you? I suppose, this matters can be best decided between the client and Advocate.
From what you have written above, it appears that u are complainant and accused have moved to high court for quashing us482 crpc. If that is the case, if u want to oppose the quashing of proceedings, you will have to file intervention application and appose it.

Please hire a new lawyer as by your view point I feel either your advocate is not interested or either he is purposely not taking any action. Fir cannot be quashed before hearing another party as you were not aware about the case. Once you file a complaint public prosecutor fights your case so even if you did not go that was ok but through your advocate you could have intervene in the matter and help him prove your case. Please contact me or any other good advocate who may help you for the same.

For quashing FIR firstly the original informant should be ready with his/her free consent and then file a quashing petition before the high court both party and concern IO presence is must on matter day and as per parties consent given before the High court are the required step and accordingly the FIR will be quashed.
