What is formal arrest

FIR was registered against my uncle u/s 420 only in 2013. In 2016 he got anticipatory bail from HC. After 15 days Sub Inspector did a formal arrest with filing of all arrest forms , took surety bond from me of my car. And realeased him. Then anticipatory bail order got set aside from Supreme court. Now again they have arrested him. My question is as when he was arresyed earlier and released on bail from police. Should we move a bail application again ? What was that arrest then ? Most laywers dnt know aboit this fact.
the orders of the supreme court makes the order of the High court infructuous and the police can arrest your uncle again on this ground itself. yes as he has been arrested you need to move a bail application again under the provisions of Cr. PC.
