What happens on non examination of complainant in criminal case

can case may be acquitted on the reason of non examine the complainant in criminal case. ? any relating citations???

there are three modes of examinations in a criminal case one under 256 crpc and 313 crpc and regular examination in trial and examination i.e., recording of statement under 164 crpc is also regarded as examination and in several cases mere non examination of complainant is not necessary as if found prima facie case it varies from case to case cant advice without knowing the facts
