No negative orders will be passed against you in the lower court, if any order is passed by High Court staying the proceedings of lower court. You have not stated anything about the stage of squash proceedings.

if you are absent on the hearing date and no absent petition is filed on behalf of you, then the court is at liberty to issue a non bailable warrant against you. and if the quash case is active at a higher court of law then you have to submit the same before the present court and can file a absent petition on your behalf.

Sir,
You can file recall petition if you are been given NBW or you can be silent upon it and present on next occasion. check whether you have got any relaxation from High Court by way of stay or stay of appearance generally the high court will issue the stay order in running the case . you can contact me for more details through this site
