Witness testimony is not always reliable and judges are well aware of this fact. This is especially true when the witness is the victim of a heinous crime. While arguments are being addressed, it should be brought to the attention of the Court that the FSL Report is itself conclusive and the commission to identify the culprits on part of the victim can be easily attributed to some other fact such as trauma.

Hi,

Going by what you have shared herein, it comes out that those two people will eventually be acquitted.. However the exact opinion can only be given after going through the evidence of the court..

On the basis of the FSL report and her original statements she may be prosecuted for perjury. However, it is likely that the two men who have not been identified by the alleged victim will go on to be acquitted by the court
