i have written unmarreid instead of divorcee by mistake in ias application form.is it punishable act? is it fraud?what can happen to me?
No such incorrect mentioning of details does not amount to fraud or any other offence, if done unintentionally. Also, you can not correct the said details once the form is submitted. However, you can fill out another form for the same with the correct particulars.
