Sexual harassment is quite common at work places. You can also make a complaint to the police. Go through section 354 IPC. If you are working in private org and there is no committee formed to complaint against sexual harassment it is difficult to fight it out. Criminal complaint to police would be more appropriate. Also in case you can make a recording of his such conversation that would be helpful to you. Otherwise it's a word against word and you may not be able to prove the charges.

Mam its very apologetic to hear that you were subjected to sexual harassment at your workplace . However, I am to going to suggest you some methods to bring to yourself to justice . Firstly in case there is an internal complaints committee inform them by making a representation against that officer of yours and forward a copy of that to Local Complaint Committee which is constituted in every district and headed by the District Officer. The possible way is that you file a written complaint containing a description of each incident with the dates timings locations and the name of the accused officer as well as the working relationship of you with that officer with this committee. In case you feel at any point that the person being an officer of yours is trying to influence the complaint committee or the complaint committee is biased you can lodge a complaint in the nearest police station and they will pursue the matter in their own terms then.

Mam you can file complaint to your management with regard to this. You need to first collect proof with regard to your complaint. You can put everything in chronological order. Enclose proof with it. But i would suggest you to get your complaint drafted by legal expert.
