Section 451 in 2 year imprisonment and fine,section 323 in 1 year imprisonment and fine ,504 section 2 year imprisonment and fine that imprisonment is maximum sentence but court imposed less sentence it is power or justice or properly.

Generally if such type of P.G. is done in Lok Adalat with the statement that the particular P.G. is done by the accused for the sake of justice and respect for the Lok Adalat than usually & generally the accused persons are penalized with fine only...I made my client to do so in 323/341 case and he got to pay a fine of ₹ 200 only.

Sec. 451 जो कोई कारावास से दंडनीय कोई अपराध करने के लिए गॄह-अतिचार करेगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि दो वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दंडित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दंडनीय होगा, तथा यदि वह अपराध, जिसका किया जाना आशयित हो, चोरी हो, तो कारावास की अवधि सात वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी ।
