What are the consequences for being found guilty U/S 323 of IPC

I m a govt. Servant against me a false case in323ipc has been lodged..if i found guilty what will happen to me..will court spoil my career
Merely because a criminal Trial is pending or is going on against an employee cannot be the reason for an employer to take an action against the concerned employee. It is only if an employee commits a misconduct relating to his employment which has a consequence of the criminal trial, then only the employer has a right to take an action that too after holding an inquiry in to the misconduct alleged the concerned employee. The employer cannot take any action against the employee only because of a pendency of a Criminal Trial unless an employee is put behind bars in a police custody for more than 48hrs.

As per ur statement ur government servent and false case has been lodge against u ,know it is compoundable so u can comprises with opp party and he can widro at any stage or u face trial effectively so u can win the case best wishes
