What are the charges for drunk and drive cases

I caught in drunken drive @185/100 ml, than I attend counselling given by police department, now they told me to attend the court on Monday, punishment is depends on respected judge, but I would like to know which offence & punishment is applicable for me?
Usually for the first time cases they would levy fine and if it is related the fine and one month maximum punishment would be there it depends upon the facts and circumstances that would be iterated at that time
